Overview
The XMC1100 Boot Kit is Infineon’s entry point to the XMC1000 microcontroller family. The board carries an XMC1100 microcontroller with 64 KB of flash, and a second microcontroller (XMC4200) that implements the debugger, so no external programmer is needed.
The debug section is detachable, and the board shape and power supply follow the Arduino form factor, so Arduino shields can be fitted. The board can be programmed from the Arduino IDE using Infineon’s XMC-for-Arduino support package, or with professional XMC toolchains.
Key Features
- XMC1100 microcontroller, ARM Cortex-M0 core, 64 KB flash
- On-board debugger implemented with an XMC4200 microcontroller
- Detachable SEGGER J-Link debug and COM section
- Board shape and power supply for Arduino shields
- 6 on-board LEDs for quick tests
- Micro USB connector for power and programming
